I have a programming existential problem.

When was concurrency invented by cosmic evolution? Was the Big Bang single treaded or multithreaded? If it was single-threaded, how did it manage to start multiple threads that synchronize so well, after all those billions of years? And if it was multithreaded, well, how could it be that it was multi-threaded???
